PIPEDRIVE & TRELLO FOR MANAGING YOUR PIPELINE

Pipeline tracking goes beyond just crunching numbers.

It's about diving deep into your customer relationships, streamlining your processes, and finding untapped growth opportunities. Throughout my own sales journey and building the Your Sales Co business, Pipedrive and Trello have become my two favourites. They offer a simple and efficient way to set up a pipeline tracking system that works.

During my sales career, I've explored numerous systems. But Pipedrive is the one that stands out for managing leads. It's super user-friendly and packed with features that help sales pros like us centralise customer info, track interactions, and automate those tedious tasks.

Pipedrive gives you cool tools like lead and deal tracking, email integration, reporting, and customisable pipelines. With Pipedrive, you and your team can see your sales process, keep a clear eye on pipeline performance, it’s a game-changer for any business looking to fine-tune their sales strategies and achieve some real growth.

Trello on the other hand is a versatile project management and collaboration tool that thrives on simplicity and visual organisation. With its intuitive board, list, and card system, Trello makes it easy for individuals and teams to get their act together, track tasks, and manage a pipeline simply.

For a FREE tool it’s the most effective way to start tracking and managing your pipeline and build some good habits. You can assign tasks, set due dates, create checklists, add attachments, and even shuffle cards (aka opportunities) from stage to stage.

Take charge of your pipeline management and let Pipedrive or Trello work their magic; whether you're a seasoned sales pro or just starting out, these tools can set your pipeline management for success.

I'm eager to hear your success stories and the challenges you've faced while implementing these tools or around tour pipeline management.
